Unbranded uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for Australian and International merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using

DELIVERY POLICY

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Unbranded containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will attempt to send your goods within 1 working day; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at unbrandedsales@gmail.com

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

 

If your cycling kit does not fit as you were expecting, or has a manufacturing fault, Unbranded will offer an immediate exchange for you. If you require an exchange, please email unbrandedsales@gmail.com and let us know your order number, exchange reason and size you wish to exchange for. We shall reserve your new choice and ask that you return your kit to us in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Once we receive your kit, provided it is in the required condition, we will send your new kit Express Post within 24 hours.
