EXCHANGE

 

If your cycling kit does not fit as you were expecting, or has a manufacturing fault, Unbranded will offer an immediate exchange for you. If you require an exchange, please email unbrandedsales@gmail.com and let us know your order number, exchange reason and the size you wish to exchange for.

 

We shall reserve your new choice and ask that you return your kit to us in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Once we receive your kit, provided it is in the required condition, we will send your new kit Express Post within 24 hours.

 

 

REFUND

 

If in the event we are sold out of your desired exchange size, we will offer you a full refund of the purchase price.

 

Unbranded is committed to offering you a express-exchange service, but otherwise unfortunately does not offer any refunds.
